By purchasing or subscribing to Violet Workplace services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Payments
Violet Workplace offers subscription-based access to its business management SaaS platform. Payments are billed in advance depending on the selected plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan).
All users are responsible for reviewing the features and pricing before making a purchase.
3. 24-Hour Refund Window
Violet Workplace provides a 24-hour refund window from the time of payment.
Users may request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction if they are not satisfied with the service.
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of payment will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
